Hinduism is the oldest religion in the world, and currently the third largest behind Christianity and Islam. I will say though, as a “religion” it is markedly different than what many western readers might assume.
The Bhagavad Gita is one of the many holy texts of Hinduism, but potentially the most accessible.
Hinduism is not complicated, but it does challenge the egoic mind. That is, the mind that operates everyday at work, home, and in life that leads us to competition, reward, comparison, and even the need to understand.
