Good morning everyone,
This morning I’m grateful to my friend Josh Scott for rounding out our week on peace. He analyzes Pax Romana (The Peace of Rome) and its influence on early Christianity.
I’m excited to start a dialogue to his questions at the end so please comment, share, and let us know what you think!
First, a quick bio is in order:
Josh Scott has been a pastor for the last two decades. He currently serves as the Lead Pastor at GracePointe Church in Nashville. The focus of his work is reimagining, reframing, and reclaiming faith through a Progressive Christian lens. He received a BA in Writing from Eastern Kentucky University and an MA in Religion from Western Kentucky University, with continued work beyond the graduate level. Josh is married to Carla and they have five kids and one puppy, named Blue.
*And he won’t say it, but he writes his own incredible newsletter you find here!
