Good morning friends,
This week we’ll be looking at suffering and joy. Both of these concepts exist within a harmony to one another, and work together to create both our inner and outer realities.
I’ve found that oftentimes, we talk about both rather infrequently. I hope this week to remedy that. I’d love for you to come along!

Understanding sorrow or suffering is a requisite for a balanced, happy, integrated life. Yet, if you’re anything like me, you’ll spend most of your time attempting to mitigate sorrow and focus on other aspects (both good and bad.)
But this sorrow, this suffering is something very specific and deep. It’s at the very heart of what it means to be alive.
