Ichi-go ichi-e teaches us to focus on the present and enjoy each moment that life brings us. This is why it is so important to find and pursue our ikigai.

Today we pivot from the wisdom we find through suffering, and consider life after the Eight fold path, after the acceptance of sorrow, and after an embrace of ALL that life is—good and bad—without judgement.

What comes next? What about the joy part?

I think the best place to start that conversation is with happiness. And I think the best place to start talking about happiness, is with Ikigai.
