Daily Reflection

Hello everyone,

I hope you’ve had a great weekend.

Over the last few days I’ve been in deep thought about TPP and ways to continue growing in our daily time together.

We tend to study a lot in fast succession (which can be fun!) but sometimes, it’s nice to digest, to be still, and to absorb.

So I’m going to give you an excuse all week to take 5 minutes and be with yourself, allow your mind to be overtaken by silence and the present.

I’ll leave you with a quote if you’d like something to focus on, or if you prefer focus on noticing your breathing, or the sounds of nature that surround you.

Just focus on finding your “internal observer”— this is, the part of you that notices. Notices your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. That’s the seat we want to be in.

If it’s helpful, here are a few soundtracks/noises as well that I sometimes find grounding.

Until tomorrow, I hope you enjoy the time and make space for yourself. Set a timer, sit back, and be.
