We’re continuing our week-long pause from study as we take time to stop, reflect, and meditate on what we’ve learned, the present moment, and what is happening around us.
Today, instead of a quote, I’ll leave with you a question to guide your time.

This could potentially seem like a broad or open-ended question, but I’ve found allowing oneself time to reflect on it can be quite revealing.
Depending on your background, meditating can be something that’s already part of your daily routine or totally new and uncomfortable.
