Good morning everyone,
Today we’re continuing our week of meditative practice and rest from our usual daily study.

I’ll also point you in the direction of an app that I’ve found extremely helpful in cultivating a daily mindfulness practice. It’s called Insight Timer, and what I love the most about it is the amount of content that remains permanently free.
