As we join in our final day of quiet reflection I want to share one more resource that might be helpful in building out your meditation practice and rhythm.

Below is a sort of all-inclusive guide to meditating from a largely psychological/medical perspective. It includes short, 1 minute guided practices at the bottom of the article as well that might be interesting.
